The Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show will ‘wet’ your appetite for the 7th year at the Durban Marina over the May Day weekend from Friday 30 April to Sunday 2 May.
The new dates – for 2010 only - are due to the much-awaited Soccer World Cup that will be hitting our shores in June and July, over the normal Boat Show dates.
Offering all things aquatic and much more, the Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show will be showcasing some of the most affordable and luxury craft available on the market. New models will be launched and new

makes will be introducing themselves for the first time to the Durban public.
Whatever you’re interested in, be it powerboats, yachts, gadgets, radios, jetskis, diving, towcars or watertoys, you’ll find it at this year’s Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show.
Event organiser, Barry Meehan stated, “We have grown to be a five star event, of which Durban can be very proud. Great news for the show is the extension of the parking alongside Café Fish that will create ample parking right alongside the Show down at the yacht mole.”
The all new show layout will, after last year’s success, be continued in 2010 at the Durban Marina, where the organisers are hoping to showcase even more than the incredible 150 million Rands’ worth of superb craft that were displayed last year, all in their natural habitat – on and around the water.
Another exciting addition to the Show is the introduction of a Boat and Classic Car Auction, on Sunday afternoon, 2 May at Café Fish. All boats and cars that are up for auction will be on display during the Show. This up-market event will be run by Consolidated Auctioneers, who are specialists in the Classic Car auction field.
The Durban International Boat and Lifestyle Show promises to titillate all who come down to the Durban Marina from 30 April to 2 May. Opening times are 9:30am to 5pm.
