It is that time of the year again for stylish boys and girls to pull their hottest party fashion from the closet and start preparing for the Gaydar.co.za Fireman’s Ball powered by 5FM – blazing into Johannesburg on Saturday 2 October 2010.
For the past 3 years, this glamorous and completely extravagant gathering of sexy party animals has been fuelling the nocturnal adventures of thousands after a day in the sun at Joburg Pride. This after-party will not only feature the music that everyone wants to hear, including a leading 5FM DJ line-up supported by other top local DJs, but is also a vibrant Pride experience that’s difficult to imitate: a mix of upmarket style, fashion, decor to impress and good old-fashioned party values.
5FM’s Roger Goode trusts “…the sound to be top quality and the production world class at the Fireman’s Ball. It also gives me a chance to play around with some more experimental music. I can’t wait to get on the decks!”
“With less than 2 months to go until the ‘Biggest Gay Pride Party in Africa’ hits
Johannesburg, nothing is being taken for granted! The 2010 Fireman’s Ball will be a massive event with a star-studded entertainment line-up. Even though the event has shown more than 35% year-on-year growth, we are not complacent and promise to blow everyone’s expectations with an event that will go above and beyond the unexpected!” explains Pieter Rossouw, Fireman’s Ball producer/promoter.
The Gaydar.co.za Fireman’s Ball powered by 5FM will also be offering special travel packages for out-of-town visitors coming to celebrate Joburg Pride. The packages will include airline tickets, a personalised shuttle service, accommodation, VIP tickets to the Fireman’s Ball, complimentary access to other premium gay nightspots and much much more.
