Saxophone and flute maestro Ivan Mazuze will be launching his album long awaited album Maganda on Thursday 8 January.What better way to introduce the cd than with an open-air and free performance at the 2009 Jazzathon at the V&A Waterfront's Amphitheatre.
The band features : Ivan Mazuze - Saxophones and Flute
Mark Fransman - Piano
Lucas Khumalo - Bass
Julio Siguaque - Guitars
John Hassan - Percussion
Nomfundo Xaluva and Hlulani Hlongwane - Vocals
The performnace is scheduled for 7pm on Thursday 8 January and entrance to the event is free.
CDs will be available at the event at R110 each.
